Wheat Allergy

Wheat allergy mostly occurs in kids. The most common allergy by the wheat is wheat intolerant, which can be called celiac disease. A research company of America determined that one person in one hundred and thirty three have the disease of wheat allergy. Different kinds of flour, like almond flour, white rice flour, brown rice flour and tapioca, are best for kid’s breads, which makes them healthy and fresh.

It is very important for you to know that when a wheat allergy occurs in the kids. Basically, wheat allergy only occurs when there is an allergic reaction to gluten. Most of the kid’s stomachs are very sensitive and cannot digest the proteins of wheat, which are rye, barley and oats. Gluten actually exists in the wheat which refers to a group of wheat proteins that are very difficult for humans to digest; especially most of the kid’s stomach cannot digest this protein. There are many groups of wheat proteins, like one group of proteins called gliadin is thought to do most of the damage to the intestinal lining.  Another major group of wheat protein is glutenins, which are thought to be associated with autoimmune skin diseases and asthma. Gluten wheat proteins are particularly opposed to intestinal absorption, despite grinding, cooking, processing and digestion.

If gluten wheat allergy occurs in kid’s stomach, then mostly it causes damage to the intestinal lining by eroding the villi and microvilli essential for digestion and absorption processes. It is strictly recommended to those people who are suffering from this dangerous allergy to go for a proper treatment, because this will damage first and then will increase the likelihood of partially digested gluten proteins passing into the bloodstream.

There are many digestive symptoms of wheat allergies, seen in the kids, like flatulence, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, pain, and much more. Wheat allergies may aggravate a host of other more symptoms, like tiredness, skin rashes, cramps, acne and boils, sweating, headaches, migraines, psoriasis, arthritis, eczema, anxiety and depression. Wheat is more likely to cause an allergic reaction than any other grain, but modern wheat has been developed to contain higher gluten levels for the manufacture of bread and other products. Our digestive system has not been designed to cope with the indigestible proteins. The modern wheat is easily digested by anyone, and kid’s stomach can also easily digest the modern wheat.
